AVIC Science and Technology City
AVIC Science and Technology City is located in the core area of Nanjing, bordering Zhongshan East Road to the north, Ruijin Road to the south, Longpan Middle Road to the west, and Jiefang Road to the east. It covers an area of approximately 400,000 square meters. With a floor area ratio of 3.2, it is planned and developed in phases. The total construction area is approximately 1.6 million square meters, with an estimated total investment of 20 billion yuan. It aims to create the first city-within-a-city in China with aviation technology at its core, leading a new urban lifestyle.
