This project is located on Plot 04 of Block 3, Unit 19, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone. Block 3, Unit 19 is positioned as a modern logistics service center focusing on supply chain management, international trade, and other logistics service industries. The project site covers an area of 5,278 square meters, with a floor area ratio of 54,000 square meters, and a building height limit of 150 meters. The project is positioned as a corporate office headquarters for both rental and sale. The site is bordered by Mawan Road, a major arterial road, to the southwest, Gangcheng 17th Street to the northwest, and Gangcheng 8th Street to the southeast. Multiple bus stops are located around the site, which is within the 170-meter coverage range of Metro Line 5, offering extremely convenient transportation.
